Tricky Words
These are words you cannot sound out learn to read and write; I, the, he, she, me, we, be, to, do, are, all, was
You could make flash cards/Practice writing them/ Play hide and seek with the flash cards/ a adult could call out the word and you could jump on the word, whatever works best for you.
If you are confident in reading and writing these words use them in a sentence. E.g. She went to the park.
Maths
Subtraction.
Watch the video and complete the worksheet. If you do not have a printer use seesaw to write over the sheet interactively or write the answers on paper and take a photo and upload to seesaw.
Science
Wrap plastic toys in paper, plastic e.g., a plastic bag, fabric and foil. Find out which material would be best for making a raincoat for your toys and why? Take photos and do a video explaining what you found out.
We did this up the woods with Mr Quinn, see if you can show your grown ups how we did it.
