Topic

Healthy Foods

Look at the food sheet (on website and seesaw) ask you child to point out what foods they think are healthy and which are not? Talk to them about each of the foods.

Look at your food diary- how many healthy foods did you eat in a week? Can you name them?

Create your own healthy meal. You can either draw an outline of a plate and draw the foods or you could even make the actual healthy meal and send me a photo of it.
