Due to a partical return to normallity we will be resuming Attendance Monitoring from 6/09/2021.

This will included first day chase up calls, and then letters and AWS referrals if attendance falls below a certain level.

Just to remind you of what you need to do:

In the first instance parents should telephone the school on the first day of absence, before 10am, you can leave a message on the telephone.(01443400815).

Please don't use Class Dojo or Seesaw to do this.

If we dont recieve a message on the first day, Mr Quinn, the Family Engagaement Officer will contact you to find out why they are not in School.

We will also be monitoring Late Marks.

If your child is late before registration (9.30am)this will be recorded on the register and highlighted.

If your child is late after 9.30am, this will be recorded as an unauthorised absence and will affect their attendance percentage on the register

Breakfast Club Applications - Spring Term 2021

If your child requires a place in the spring term breakfast club (4th Jan – 26th Mar) please complete an application form using the following link .

The form will be available for completion from 7am, Friday 27th November to 5pm, Friday 4th December.

The number of places will be limited to ensure that social distancing and effective hygiene and preventative measures can be maintained.

Places will be prioritised based on the time of application and you will be notified at the end of the application if you are successful or unsuccessful.

Unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a reserve list and non-attendance will result in places being reallocated.

Please note that in light of the current legislation in relation to breakfast clubs, prioritisation cannot be given to specific groups (e.g. previously unsuccessful applicants, vulnerable groups or key workers) as this provision is intended to provide a healthy breakfast to all learners.

As places are restricted, please only apply if your child requires
access to a free, healthy breakfast before the start of the school day.
