Eating & Drinking Well
One of the main areas of healthy living is what you eat and drink. We have learned how it is important to have a balanced diet and to eat in moderation; making sure that you have enough of each food group, but not too much all of the time!
We also learned how to measure liquid and to make sure you are drinking plenty of water a day to keep hydrated. We explored eating healthy in more detail through our Healthy Living Manuals and during our IT lessons with Miss Thomas from Craig yr Hesg. During these lessons we worked cooperatively and collaboratively to use Mix on Hwb to design a healthy and unhealthy plate of food.
