Home Learning
Over the next 3 weeks we will be doing some mini tasks all about whats been happening over the past 3 months and how we have been feeling and what we have been up to during this time. We will also look at what will happen next when you can all eventually return to school. Which will be very exciting, although I know some of you will also feel nervous, worried and anxious, but we are all here to help and we can't wait to see you all soon! All the activities are also on Seesaw. Stay Safe Caterpillars! Mrs Smith and Mrs Spackman x
'We're Going on a Bear Hunt'
Over the next two weeks our activities will be based on the story 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt' (one of my favourites!). Take a look at the story below and have a go at the Cosmic Kids yoga video, it's lots of fun! Two weeks planning and resources are in each of the dated stars below. Remember to send us videos, photos and voice recordings of the lovely things you get up to. We are looking forward to seeing what you get up to! Stay safe, Mrs Smith and Mrs Spackman x
Summer Term 2
Hello Caterpillars! We hope you all had a lovely half term. Over the next few weeks we will be continuing with our topic 'The Great Outdoors'. Over the next two weeks our learning will be based around the story 'The Teeny Weeny Tadpole'. In the story, every creature that the Teeny Weeny Tadpole meets seems to be able to jump, except him. Then he meets the Big, Bad Fish, who cant jump, but he can swim very, very fast...What is Tadpole going to do?
Have a listen to the story by watching the video below and then having a go at some of the activities we have planned for the next two weeks. Remember to upload any activities you do to our Seesaw page or on Dojo.
We can't wait to see what you get up to.

Life Cycle of a Frog Song
Watch the video of the life cycle of a frog song below and join in to learn all about tadpoles and how they become frogs. You could even send us a video of you singing the song!
Summer Term
The Topic this term is 'The Great Outdoors'. Over the next 3 weeks we are going to be focusing on the story 'What the Ladybird Heard' by Julia Donaldson. It's about a ladybird who never said a word, but the ladybird saw and the ladybird heard. Hefty Hugh and Lanky Len are two crafty robbers with a cunning plan to steal the prize cow. Little do they know the tiniest, quietest creature overheard their plot and has a plan of her own. Listen to the story below with your children to find out what happens.
Then have a go at the activities under the Home Learning section which will be uploaded at the beginning of each week. I have also included a topic overview below of all the things we will be covering.
Enjoy and have lots of fun! Don't forget to upload photos and videos of your children's work to Seesaw and Dojo.
